Unite the City Hastings Event

Unite the City is a Hastings event in partnership with KLove, bringing area churches and local volunteers together to serve our struggling neighbors through a work day at Crossroads Mission Avenue!

Who

YOU and your group! This volunteer day will offer ways for both young and old (and in-between!) to serve our city!

Schedule

  • 9 am – Meet at Crossroads for a time of prayer & instructions
    at 702 W 14th Street in Hastings
  • 9:30 am – Disperse to various work areas for 2-3 hours of work
  • 12:30 pm – Meet back at Crossroads for lunch
Something for EVERYONE – YOU choose!
  • Pack food boxes to go to local food pantries and needy neighbors
  • Yard work at the Mission
  • Help sort donations at Hastings Mission Avenue Thrift
  • Special projects for the day!
