Our Grand Island location is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Case Manager.  Make a difference in the lives of others – join our team!  The responsibilities, skills, and qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the daily operations of our Residential Program, High Commitment Shelter, Emergency Shelter, Meal Ministry, as well as other outreach functions.
• Monitor the building and its residents.  Transport guests.
• Walk alongside guests as a disciple of Christ and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them through actions and words.
• Serve the guests in a Christ-like manner and practice a self-evaluative lifestyle.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with diverse groups of guests and volunteers.
• Must be able to handle crisis situations with calm and clear thinking.
• Nebraska Driver’s License with clean driving record required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of drug and alcohol recovery and mental illness preferred.
• Background in human services is a plus.

Crossroads Mission Avenue is actively seeking a Donor Relations Director to join our administrative team. The Donor Relations Director leverages expertise as a collaborative member of the administrative team, devising and implementing fundraising strategies in building relationships with assigned donors/prospects to secure major and planned gifts, while upholding the Mission Statement of Faith and core values.

Essential duties will include the following areas: Donor Cultivation and Relationship Management, Solicitation and Gift Closure, Collaboration and Strategy, as well as other duties that are assigned by the supervisor.

Performance Standards:

• Meets or exceeds individual and team charitable revenue targets through assigned donors.
• Updates timely, thorough, and accurate reports of donor interactions.
• Regularly reviews portfolio composition and size through the addition and removal of assigned prospects/donors to help focus time and efforts on high-yield activities.
• Supports the Mission Statement and core values of Crossroads Mission.
• Upholds, cooperates with, and implements procedures and programs of Crossroads Mission.
• Maintains confidentiality of donor information as well as resident, employee, and operations data.
