Crossroads Mission Avenue is actively seeking a Shelter Director for our new Lexington location! This full-time position supports the Mission Statement and core values of Crossroads, and includes essential duties in the following areas:

Program:

• Meet with guests enrolled in the Personal Resilience Program (PRP) program a minimum of one time per week to monitor and encourage their progress, and provide Christ-centered counsel that supports their recover
• Refer guests to (and) assist them in contacting appropriate area agencies and organizations with which Crossroads partners
• Lead current guests from a Christian perspective, empowering them to affect needed change in their lives and encouraging them to grow in their relationship with Christ
  • Identify gaps in services, and work with your supervisor to cultivate programs or services to fill these gaps
  • Work with Executive Staff to develop goals for Crossroads’ 4-Phase transitional living program
  • A willingness to be on call as scheduled
  • Coordinate guest drug and alcohol testing as needed
• Collect and record all guest program fees
  • Work with Executive Staff to compile information for grant compliance and other reporting needs
  • Report maintenance concerns to supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned

Supervision Duties:

• Coordinate work schedules for security staff
• Oversee requested PTO and Sick leave for security staff
• Work with Associate Executive Director to address security team personnel issues and determine staff disciplinary actions when needed

Crossroads Mission Avenue is actively seeking a Donor Relations Director to join our administrative team. The Donor Relations Director leverages expertise as a collaborative member of the administrative team, devising and implementing fundraising strategies in building relationships with assigned donors/prospects to secure major and planned gifts, while upholding the Mission Statement of Faith and core values.

Essential duties will include the following areas: Donor Cultivation and Relationship Management, Solicitation and Gift Closure, Collaboration and Strategy, as well as other duties that are assigned by the supervisor.

Performance Standards:

• Meets or exceeds individual and team charitable revenue targets through assigned donors.
• Updates timely, thorough, and accurate reports of donor interactions.
• Regularly reviews portfolio composition and size through the addition and removal of assigned prospects/donors to help focus time and efforts on high-yield activities.
• Supports the Mission Statement and core values of Crossroads Mission.
• Upholds, cooperates with, and implements procedures and programs of Crossroads Mission.
• Maintains confidentiality of donor information as well as resident, employee, and operations data.
